  First Thursday\, 3 September at 18:00.\nDavid Goldblatt – On The Mine
 s\nOne of South Africa’s most influential documentary photographers\, Da
 vid Goldblatt explored the social\, economic and human realities of the co
 untry throughout his career. On The Mines\, begun in the 1960s\, examines
  the mining industry and the profound influence it had on South African so
 ciety\, its landscapes and its people.\nTony Meintjes – The Truth Betwe
 en\nSpanning several decades\, from the 1970s to 2025\, Tony Meintjes’ e
 xhibition brings photographs together in carefully selected diptychs. Thro
 ugh visual\, symbolic and unexpected connections\, each pairing invites us
  to look beyond the individual image and discover new meanings — and new
  truths.\nThe two exhibitions also bring together the work of two long-tim
 e collaborators: Tony Meintjes worked closely with David Goldblatt for man
 y years\, playing an important role in bringing Goldblatt’s photographic
