DESCRIPTION:\n\nArtist : Watse Mokanse Ibrahim\n\nTell me ten words is a fr
 ancophone awareness campaign to promote the French language and the Franco
 phonie. This operation invites everyone to play and express themselves in 
 a literary and/or artistic form\, around ten words chosen each year by the
  various French-speaking partners: France\, Belgium\, Quebec\, Switzerland
  and the International Organization of Francophonie (representing 88 state
 s and governments).\n\n“année-lumière\, avant-jour\, dare-dare\, déj
 à-vu\, hivernage\, lambiner\, plus-que-parfait\, rythmer\, synchrone\, ti
 c-tac” are the words chosen this year.\n\nThe “Tell me ten words” op
 eration offers the possibility of creating social ties in a territory by i
 nvolving in projects pedagogical\, artistic and/or playful for very varied
  populations who are sometimes distant from cultural practices. It is in t
 his context that the artist Mokanse offers this comic book and illustratio
 n exhibition “Tell me ten words” in partnership with the Alliance Fran
