 r\, and cultural worker\, known for her ability to gather people around st
 ories that confront\, uplift\, and provoke.\nBorn into privilege but moved
  by proximity\, Kopano arrived in Cape Town at the height of the 2024 floo
 ds  a time of devastation for many in the townships. What she witnessed d
 idn’t inspire pity. It sparked purpose.\nThis solo exhibition\, The Cit
 y of Shacks\, is a reckoning.It honours the mothers building homes from ti
 n\, the fathers hammering into borrowed land\, and the children who learn 
 too early that even walls can disappear.\nIt’s raw. It’s real. It’s 
 a chance to see what we often look away from.As Kopano says:\n“Violence
  and beauty live side by side in this city. This exhibition is my attempt
