Join us for a vibrant Jazz Night as bassist and composer Zenzele Mthembu-Salter presents Future Kwela a bold and contemporary take on South African jazz traditions, infused with groove, improvisation, and forward-looking soundscapes.
Zenzele Mthembu-Salter leads an outstanding ensemble of some of Cape Town’s finest musicians, blending rich melodic storytelling with deep rhythmic drive. Expect an exciting journey where kwela roots meet modern jazz expression, brought to life through dynamic interplay and fearless improvisation.
