In the dead of night, two men rob a gas station. One is killed, and the other, Samba, escapes with a briefcase full of money, returning to his remote village to start a new life. His sudden wealth raises suspicion, and guilt begins to unravel everything he has built. Trapped between the judgment of his community and the reach of the law, Samba must confront a past that refuses to let him go.
