🎬 CinémAlliance +: Les choses de la vie 🎬

Join us on May 20 at 6 PM for a special screening of les choses de la vie, presented in collaboration with UCT, followed by a discussion on this powerful and moving film.
📽️ About the Film:
A seemingly ordinary accident on a country road: a car speeding excessively flips over multiple times… The victim is a forty-year-old architect named Pierre—well-off, separated from his wife Catherine, father to a grown son, and involved with his mistress Hélène. He’s at an age where one begins to reflect on life.
Thrown from the car, lying in the tall grass of a meadow, semi-conscious but unknowingly dying, Pierre begins to relive fragments of his past. He revisits the tenderness of “the things of life”, until, dreaming of being once again with his loved ones beside the family boat, he slowly drifts, helplessly, into death.
