Join us for a suspenseful and quirky night of French cinema as we dive into The Year of the Shark, a coastal fiction with a bite of comedy.

Synopsis:
Maja, a maritime gendarme in the Landes region, is facing her worst nightmare: being forced into early retirement. Her husband Thierry is already planning their quiet life with a mobile home and a seaside camping spot. But when a tourist mysteriously disappears, the entire coast goes on high alert a shark has been spotted in the bay. Seizing the chance for one last mission, Maja teams up with her young colleagues Eugénie and Blaise to investigate… and prove she’s not ready to hang up her uniform just yet.
