Prepare for a night of boundary-pushing jazz as Pentafusion, one of South Africa’s most exciting jazz fusion ensembles, takes the stage.

Formed in 2022, PentaFusion has quickly earned a reputation for virtuosic perfotmances  and fearless musical innovation. With members hailing from Makhanda and beyond, the group fuses the energy of progressive rock, the elegance of classical composition, and the weight of symphonic metal  all anchored in the rich tradition of South African jazz. This is jazz that thinks, feels, and dares.

💡 Expect complex rhythms, soaring melodies, and a performance as emotionally resonant as it is musically bold.
More than just a band, Pentafusion is a movement  rooted in mentorship collaboration, and the nurturing of young musical voices in the Eastern Cape.
