Jazz Night: Jozéfinn’ & Bongani Sotshononda 🎶

Join us for a unique musical journey across the Indian Ocean and Southern Africa as Alliance Française du Cap welcomes Jozéfinn’ & Bongani Sotshononda for our September Jazz Night.

Bringing together Jozéfinn’s guitar from Réunion Island and Bongani Sotshononda’s chromatic marimba from South Africa, this intimate duet blends jazz, world music, Réunion’s maloya and séga traditions, and South African rhythms.

Expect a warm and inventive musical dialogue, where tradition meets improvisation and contemporary creation.
