Ghoema: Rediscovering the Journey of Me is an intimate musical exploration of identity, heritage and belonging. Through storytelling and song, MNIX brings together the rhythms of the Kaapse Klopse, Cape Jazz, folk traditions and Western classical music to celebrate the sounds and memories that shape us.
In Gauteng (for Ebenhaezer), South Africa’s cities become members of a fractured family. Combining spoken word, live music, physical theatre and satire, the production offers a moving reflection on urban life, loss, resilience and the enduring power of memory and connection.
